At USA Investments we are committed to delivering high quality business services to every client. We understand that circumstances can change and we have created this Refund Policy to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
All services provided by USA Investments involve government filing fees, third party processing costs, and professional service fees. Due to the nature of our services some fees are non-refundable once the process has begun. We encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before placing an order.2. US Company Formation — Refund Eligibility
- If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and your company formation has not yet been submitted to the state you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee
- Government state filing fees are non-refundable once submitted regardless of the outcome
- If your company name is rejected by the state we will work with you to find an alternative name at no extra charge
- Once your company formation has been submitted to the state no refund of our service fee is available
- If we are unable to complete your company formation due to reasons on our end a full refund will be issued
3. EIN Registration — Refund Eligibility
- EIN registration fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the IRS
- If the IRS rejects your EIN application we will resubmit at no extra charge
- If we are unable to obtain your EIN due to reasons on our end a full refund will be issued
4. Instant Merchant Account — Refund Eligibility
- Merchant account setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun
- We do not guarantee approval by any payment processor as approval decisions are made solely by the payment processor and are outside our control
- If we are unable to begin the setup process due to reasons on our end a full refund will be issued
- If a merchant account application is declined by the payment processor our service fee is non-refundable as our work has been completed
5. Complete Business Package — Refund Eligibility
- If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order and no part of the process has begun you are eligible for a full refund
- Once any part of the Complete Business Package process has started the service fee is non-refundable
- Government fees included in the package are non-refundable once submitted
6. When a Full Refund is Always Issued
Regardless of the service you have purchased a full refund will always be issued in the following situations:- We are unable to begin your order due to reasons on our end
- We fail to deliver the service within a reasonable timeframe and cannot provide a resolution
- You have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund please contact us within the eligible time period:
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.8. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
9. Chargebacks
We encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider. We are always willing to work with our clients to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.
