5. Client Responsibilities

- If your order has not been processed or submitted to any government agency you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order
- Once your company formation has been submitted to the state or your EIN application has been filed no refund is available as government fees are non-refundable
- Merchant account setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun
- To request a refund please contact us at info@usainvestments.com or nic@freedomfate.org within the eligible time period
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
7. Limitation of Liability
- USA Investments provides business formation and setup services only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice
- We are not responsible for any business decisions made by the client after the formation of their US company
- We are not liable for any rejection or suspension of accounts by third party platforms including but not limited to banks, payment processors, or marketplaces
- Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
